Virginia State Police Ticket Over 1,000 Drivers In One Day. The Richmond Times Dispatch reports that the Virginia State Police hit drivers on Virginia interstates with over 1,000 tickets this past Saturday. Enforcement efforts focused on I-81, I-64, and I-95.
